Meet the Team
Ann Hunnicutt (President & CEO): Ann co-founded Interlock in 1983 (the only manufacturer at that time in Hampton Roads dedicated to producing intelocking concrete pavers). She has been a driving force throughout the paver industry over the past 20+ years. In 1990 Ann served as the President of the Peninsula District of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and in 1996 was selected as the Vice President of the Associated Division of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia. Ann has also been an active member of the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). In 1994 Ann was the ICPI Construction Committee Chairperson when the ICPI Certification Program was conceived. Ann possesses a BS in Education (Ohio State University, 1965) and has two years of additional accounting hours from Old Dominion University.
Aaron Moore (Sales & Marketing): Aaron has nearly 4 years of sales and marketing experiences in the hardscape industry. He joined Interlock Paving Systems in 2015 and very quickly established himself as an expert in proper installation and use of interlocking concrete pavers. Aaron is currently persuing his Associates Degree in Business through Tidewater Community College.
Shirley Church (Comptroller & Sales): Shirley has been with Interlock for almost 20 years and works not only as the company controller, but assists also with sales.
Lisa Martone (Sales): Lisa has been with Interlock for over 8 years. Lisa works closely with customers in identifying which pavers, colors, etc works best to support their needs and assists them throughout the sales process. She is the Lead Sales Representative for North Carolina and works to establish long-term relationships.
Greg Tank (Plant Superintendent): Greg has over 12 years of experience in manufacting operations and production, with 10 of those years in concrete block manufacturing. Greg joined the Interlock team in 2011. Prior to Interlock, Greg held many challenging positions at Rinker/CEMEX which is a concrete block manufacturer in Jacksonville, Florida, and eventually was promoted as Plant Superintendent. He retired from the United States Navy with 20 years of electrical experiences.
David Bruckheimer (Director of Personnel, Safety & Training): Daves 15 years experiences with Interlock Paving Systems has resulted in superior quality control, training & safety programs. This helps significantly in Interlock producing high quality concrete pavers that have helped establish industry standards. In addition to numerous OSHA and various other safety qualifications, Mr. Bruckheimer holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in education and human development, and an educational specialist’s degree (Ed.S.) in higher education administration all from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Charles Snell (Lead Plant Operator): Charles has been the Lead Plant Operator and Trainer for Interlock Paving Systems for over 7 years. He takes pride in knowing that the product that his team produces is installed throughout the Mid-Atlantic states.
